One of the biggest things Andy taught me was that I could write a new story for my life. I was working in a toxic environment, but leaving a secure government job felt risky. Through coaching, I learned to stop making decisions based on fear and start believing in new possibilities.

I actually wrote my resignation letter before I had another job! Then, almost out of the blue, I received a call offering me a wonderful opportunity.

But the biggest change wasn't the job. It was how I felt about myself and my future. I'm happier, more confident, and genuinely excited about what's ahead. Andy made the whole experience fun, interesting, and exciting. He's funny, relatable, wise, and has a way of saying exactly what I need to hear.

Most importantly, I've learned to trust myself and believe that wonderful things are possible, even when I can't see exactly how they'll happen.
