Recently, I have been on the BITCH TRAIN!

And I teach this stuff. LOL!

I let myself get overwhelmed with creating my new Masterclass. There are a lot of moving parts. I am writing ALL the emails, making the registration page and content, putting together all the slides, etc.

I'm using new software, which is incredible, but there's a learning curve that slows me down. If I did not change my thoughts and focus, I would have burned out. 

I had to STOP everything and meditate. Take a walk and let the sunshine kiss my beautiful face, like 10,000 times. Finally, I found relief.

I'm back on the Bliss train! I did all four steps to raise my vibe, and I highly recommend you do the same if you feel frustrated and overwhelmed.
