Life is full of challenges, and it's easy to get caught up in the illusion of our circumstances.
But the truth is, our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, and we can choose our attitude and outlook no matter what life throws at us!
Here are three tips for NOT letting the illusion of life or the circumstances in life determine your happiness.
Albert Einstein did not say this. But I thought it was funny when I created this meme.
Please don't take this the wrong way if you are going through tough times. It's a friendly reminder that your life, with all the joys and sorrows, is an illusion, and by changing your thoughts and beliefs and the story you tell yourself you can go from victim to creator!
Every week inside the Manifestor's Cafe, we tell ourselves a better story, and members manifest faster with less effort.
Albert Einstein once said, "The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe."
So choose to believe that the Universe is friendly and that you have the power to create a happy and fulfilling life, no matter what challenges come your way.
Here are three tips for NOT letting the illusion of life or the circumstances in life determine your happiness:
1- Expectations affect your mood: Some states have no excuse for themselves, like depression, anxiety, and Florida. Studies have shown people who accept their highs and lows are generally happier. But the problem is that many of us think we should feel more joyful than someone who just won the lottery. That's unrealistic. Aim for the feeling of being optimistic and satisfied.
2- Stay Present: When facing challenging situations, getting lost in your thoughts and worries about the future is easy. But by staying present and focusing on the here and now, we can reduce our anxiety and feel more grounded and centered. My daily meditation practice has increased my ability to stay present 1000%.
3- Embrace Humor: Laughter is truly the best medicine, and it can help us find joy and happiness, even in the most difficult situations. So don't be afraid to embrace your sense of humor and see the funny side of life.
For example: Whatever you do, always give 100%... Unless you're donating blood!
The Stoic philosopher, Seneca, said, "Everything hangs on one's thinking. A man is as unhappy as he convinced himself he is."
In my pursuit of happiness, I realize that happiness has always been inside me. I just had to change how I think about myself and the world.
Have you given up on being happy? Remember, everything you want is because you believe it will make you feel better when you have it! The trick to manifesting anything is to get happy first, and you will manifest your dreams second. Consistency is the key!
